As VP Sales, New Business at FTAPI, you will lead the entire new customer acquisition engine and own the achievement of ambitious growth targets.
You’ll design and execute our B2B SaaS sales strategy, manage multiple sales and partner teams, and build the structures required for scalable, predictable growth.
This role blends strategic leadership and operational excellence, elevating performance, enabling teams, and shaping FTAPI’s next growth stage.
Develop and execute the New Business Sales Strategy in close alignment with the CRO and Executive Team
Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization (SDRs, AEs, Partnerships) with strong coaching and accountability
Drive pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and sales efficiency, improving rep productivity
Ensure consistent use of the FTAPI Discovery Framework and GamePlan across all teams
Strengthen sales enablement and deepen product, market, and competitive knowledge within the teams
Build and expand the Channel Sales function
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless GTM execution and customer journey alignment
