As VP Marketing at FTAPI, you will define and execute our marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline growth, lead quality, and brand leadership.
You will build a scalable B2B SaaS marketing organization, combining data-driven demand generation with strategic brand and content excellence.
Your mission: to shape FTAPI’s transition into a high-performing Volume and Value Play organization, driving measurable business impact and brand relevance in our core markets: Public Sector, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
- Build and lead a scalable B2B SaaS marketing organization across Demand Generation, Brand & Content, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations
- Develop and execute the Volume and Value Play strategy, aligning marketing initiatives tightly with company growth objectives
- Design and manage an integrated GTM and campaign framework to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Build a high-performing Demand Generation engine for inbound channels, ensuring close alignment with Sales on funnel conversion and pipeline contribution
- Strengthen the FTAPI brand positioning and messaging architecture, establishing FTAPI as a trusted leader in secure data workflows
- Drive content, thought leadership, and PR strategies that expand awareness and credibility in Tier 1 and Tier 2 media
- Implement marketing technology and analytics frameworks (CRM, marketing automation, attribution, ROI tracking) for operational excellence
- Lead regional campaigns, events, and partner marketing activities, while preparing for international market expansion
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing on value propositions, launches, and competitive positioning
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing marketing team and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making
